My Notes:            As the recipe says, so easy to make and very tasty.

                             Note, this recipe makes 36 cup cakes. I made them muffin size and turned out well.

                             I put demerara sugar and almond flakes on some.

I sprinkled icing sugar on mine. My result came out dark because I tried jaggery instead of date sugar.
