Dish:                   Patishapta with Kheer Filling

Description:     This is the nearest thing I could find to a baked cake type recipe Patishapta is a type of pithe. It is a light crêpe filled with either kheer or a coconut-and-gur mixture.

My Notes:          The kheer is really difficult and time consuming so I included a recipe for coconut gur mixture. Not really a baked item. And I’m not good at making crepes
