Dish: Ghraybeh

Description: This traditional ghraybeh (Middle Eastern shortbread cookie) is slightly crisp on the outside and melts in your mouth once you bite into it. The nuts on top give that little extra decoration and crunch but is also nostalgic and traditional to this Arab butter cookie.

My Notes: Really need to add some flavour to these as I did with a teaspoon or two of cardamon powder. Then they are great.
