My Notes:            This was very time consuming to make. I followed the recipe exactly but found that the end product was quite tasteless. Yes, I did add the cardamon and walnuts.

Dish:                   Maandazi Description:     A street food which is a fried doughnut Photo:                 From Recipe                              My Creation                                                  My Notes:          this is fine with a tea or coffee as it is very dry.
