My Notes:            Ok, so mine don’t look as good. But here’s a couple of points.

First: The dough is difficult to work with so, it might be better to roll two rectangles, put portions of the mix on the bottom layer and then cover with the other layer. Then cut out in shapes and press edges.

Second: brush the tops with egg wash before baking to get a nice brown colour.
