Description:     Mkatra siniya has very few ingredients and usually stands out for its pronounced coconut flavor that pairs very well with the soft touch of rice flour.

                     My Notes:          well this was my first complete failure. I think you need a stand processer. My hand held didn’t break down the rice enough.

PS: DON’T USE COOKED RICE.
